I think the author of the article was very right saying that the world failed the test of its globalization, how else could we explain such a disturbing fact that only a billion people is to be vaccinated which means just 15% of the world's population. Even though the UN report states the rich countries are obliged to help the poor ones the numbers speak for itself. Lorne
