"House thinks he's among the luckier residents of St. Bernard Parish. That's because he works at the Domino Sugar refinery that towers over the Mississippi River, east of New Orleans. When the plant was flooded, along with most of the rest of the parish, Domino's executives created a 200-unit trailer park to house its workers and their families.
